Who
Rae is a massage therapist with over 10 years experience and specialises in deep tissue, relaxation and pregnancy massage. With reiki level 1 & 2, Rae is passionate about healing and helping on all levels which has also lead her to achieve her level 1 sound healing.
SERVICES
Deep Tissue
Massaging deeper in to the soft tissue for a more effective targeted massage. Warming up the muscles first, we work deeper, using specific techniques to release any pains, aches and problematic areas. Also for those that prefer a much deeper massage
Relaxation
Focusing on releasing any tension and stress, we use techniques that work with the whole body that help with your overall emotional wellbeing. With an option of reiki and singing bowls to bring overall balance to you.
Pregnancy
Post 3 months, pregnancy massage is safe and effective for both mum and baby. Using holistic massage techniques, we can focus on aches, pains or any discomfort that come from the the body during this time, in a calm and relaxing way. Encouraging relaxation & blood flow, massage during pregnancy is recommended to help the body's overall wellness and makes baby happy too.
RHYTHMIC
Music
Energy & sound work bring an inner healing that along with the touch of massage, makes for a full sensory experience.

A surcharge of €20 is added for home visits up to a 30 minute drive from Malvarossa.
Couples massage involves two equally experienced massage therapists working on you and your partner in sync. Rates are twice the amount of the pricing above.
Packages and cancelations within 12 hours are non refundable.
